This framework proposes an infinite, timeless, steady-state cosmos in which matter and energy are continually transformed and recycled, with no Big Bang or inflationary origin. It attributes large-scale uniformity and the cosmic microwave background to ongoing processes across the universe, though it does not provide a quantitatively developed or observationally tested alternative to the standard cosmological model.
